  1. Basic Pricing<\/strong>
    \nThe basic fare includes travel on Hong Kong and mainland roads, tunnels (if a specific route is required, additional costs will be borne by the customer), fuel expenses, and basic driver service fees.<\/li>\n
  2. Free Waiting Time<\/strong>
    \nThe free waiting time for pickups is 30 minutes (30 minutes for Hong Kong airport). After 30 minutes, a waiting fee of HKD 100 per 15 minutes will be charged.<\/li>\n
  3. Additional Pickup\/Drop-off Charges<\/strong>
    \nFor additional pickup\/drop-off points within the same district in Shenzhen, an extra charge of HKD 100 per point applies. For inter-district pickups, a charge of HKD 200 per point applies (for Luohu, Futian, and Nanshan). Additional charges for Hong Kong areas will be quoted separately (starting from HKD 100).<\/li>\n
  4. Late Night Surcharge<\/strong>
    \nFor services between 00:00 and 07:59, an additional late-night service fee of HKD 200 will be applied.<\/li>\n
  5. Long-term Charter Meals and Accommodation<\/strong>
    \nFor charter services that exceed one day, meal and accommodation expenses for the driver must be provided (up to HKD 1,000 per day).<\/li>\n
  6. Airport Meet and Greet Fee<\/strong>
    \nA fee of HKD 300 will be charged for airport meet-and-greet services.<\/li>\n
  7. Liability for Luggage<\/strong>
    \nThe company is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage carried outside the vehicle during the trip. Passengers must take responsibility for their belongings.<\/li>\n
  8. Severe Weather Charges<\/strong>
    \nIn the event of severe weather, such as a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Red Rainstorm Warning or higher, a service fee of HKD 1,000 will be applied.<\/li>\n
  9. Passenger Capacity for 7-Seater Vehicles<\/strong>
    \nA 7-seater vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers, with up to 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage and 2 carry-on bags. An additional charge applies for 8-seater vehicles.<\/li>\n
  10. Cancellation\/Change Policy<\/strong>
    \nIf the itinerary is changed or canceled within 6 hours of departure, a service fee of 50% will still be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
