- Basic Pricing
The basic fare includes travel on Hong Kong and mainland roads, tunnels (if a specific route is required, additional costs will be borne by the customer), fuel expenses, and basic driver service fees. - Free Waiting Time
The free waiting time for pickups is 30 minutes (30 minutes for Hong Kong airport). After 30 minutes, a waiting fee of HKD 100 per 15 minutes will be charged. - Additional Pickup/Drop-off Charges
For additional pickup/drop-off points within the same district in Shenzhen, an extra charge of HKD 100 per point applies. For inter-district pickups, a charge of HKD 200 per point applies (for Luohu, Futian, and Nanshan). Additional charges for Hong Kong areas will be quoted separately (starting from HKD 100). - Late Night Surcharge
For services between 00:00 and 07:59, an additional late-night service fee of HKD 200 will be applied. - Long-term Charter Meals and Accommodation
For charter services that exceed one day, meal and accommodation expenses for the driver must be provided (up to HKD 1,000 per day). - Airport Meet and Greet Fee
A fee of HKD 300 will be charged for airport meet-and-greet services. - Liability for Luggage
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage carried outside the vehicle during the trip. Passengers must take responsibility for their belongings. - Severe Weather Charges
In the event of severe weather, such as a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Red Rainstorm Warning or higher, a service fee of HKD 1,000 will be applied. - Passenger Capacity for 7-Seater Vehicles
A 7-seater vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers, with up to 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage and 2 carry-on bags. An additional charge applies for 8-seater vehicles. - Cancellation/Change Policy
If the itinerary is changed or canceled within 6 hours of departure, a service fee of 50% will still be charged.
Pricing for Unlisted Areas
Pricing for other unlisted areas will be mutually negotiated, with specific quotes valid for the day of inquiry. Please book in advance.
Special Holiday Pricing
Prices may fluctuate during special holidays such as Chinese New Year, National Day, and exhibitions. Please refer to the current day’s quote and book early.
